At Bell Urban Farm we grow vegetables and herbs, focusing on those that thrive well in small scale farm settings. Over the past few years we have switched from growing a wider variety of veggies to only the ones that fit the best on our tiny farm. We grow a mixture of herbs, and greens like kales, mustards, chards and lettuce blends. During our spring and summer months we focus mainly on flowers and during the fall and winter we switch to greens production.
NEW PRODUCT: Microgreens! We are now growing a fresh microgreen mix every week. These tiny greens pack a big punch in flavor and nutrition! The blend of kale, mustard, arugula, amaranth, broccoli, cabbage, pea shoots and sun shoots are great on salads and sandwiches and added to omelets and tacos. We also offer plain Pea Shoots!
Want a larger variety of veggies than we can offer? Bell Urban Farm is also a pick up location for New South Produce Co-op! Conway residents can order a weekly box of fresh produce and pick it up right here on the farm! There are even options to add on local meat, flowers, cheese and coffee! Boxes start at only $34.99 per week, and you pay for the whole season up front. This CSA (community supported agriculture) model helps support our small Arkansas farmers. These boxes contain a wide variety of seasonal produce grown all over the state. Learn how to order your box by visiting the New South website! *Sign ups are now open for the 2019 CSA season!
