At Bell Urban Farm we grow a variety of vegetables and herbs, focusing on those that thrive well in small scale farm settings. We grow several kinds of greens like kale and lettuce, plus spinach, swiss chard and arugula for our salad mixes. We grow root vegetables like radish, turnips and carrots during the spring and fall. In the summer we grow small tomatoes, hot and sweet peppers, cucumbers, okra and herbs. What we have to offer changes every season, so check out the Our Markets section on the homepage to see what is currently available!
NEW PRODUCT: Microgreens! We are now growing a fresh microgreen mix every week. These tiny greens pack a big punch in flavor and nutrition! The blend of kale, mustard, arugula, amaranth, broccoli, cabbage and pea shoots is great on salads and sandwiches and added to omelets and smoothies.
Bell Urban Farm is also a pick up location for New South Produce Co-op! Conway residents can order a weekly box of fresh produce and pick it up right here on the farm! There are even options to add on local meat, flowers and cheese! Boxes start at only $27.50 per week, and you pay for the whole season up front. This CSA (community supported agriculture) model helps support our small Arkansas farmers. Learn how to order your box by visiting the New South website!
